Who We Are
Hi, I’m David Maskell and I own Windsor Buoy. I started sailing in 2021 at my local sailing club in Datchet where I did my RYA Level 1 & 2 courses. I then went to Gibraltar taking another course with my son. I bought Windsor Buoy in the summer of 2022 and spent loads of time upgrading her and then sailing around the south coast of France which was amazing fun. When I was looking to sail, the only options to charter were so costly it didn’t make sense to lease a boat. My only option was to buy!! This is how I came up with the idea for a community boat.
